These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the website located at www.greengardenorganics.net, including but not limited to the purchase of items and products offered for sale in our online store.

Your continued use of the website and online store constitutes acknowledgement of these terms and conditions.
Online Purchases
All perishable items ordered from the Green Garden Organics online store must be shipped overnight due to the necessity for prompt delivery in order to maintain optimum freshness. Accordingly shipping charges charged for all perishable items will be according to the overnight shipping rate. For non-perishable items purchased from the online store, you as the customer may choose your preferred shipping method and your order will be processed accordingly.
Perishable and non-Perishable items in same order
If your online order contains both perishable and non-perishable items, all of the items ordered will normally be sent via overnight shipping to ensure safe handling of the perishable items included. However, if the combined weight of all perishable and non-perishable items is likely to incur overnight shipping fees which we believe are unreasonable, we may choose to ship perishable and non-perishable items in separate packages. In such cases, we will contact you via the contact email address that you have provided to notify you of the alternative shipping arrangements.
Return of Goods
Owing to the perishable nature and or potential for contamination of products available for sale in the Green Garden Organics online store, no returns will be accepted. With this in mind, we ask that you ensure the product(s) you have ordered are those that you wish to receive prior to finalizing your purchase.
Fulfilment of Orders
No goods will be shipped unless payment has been received and cleared through our payment system.
Please allow 4 business days for processing of your order prior to shipment.
